Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Can I change or cancel an order?

A: Once an order has been processed it cannot be changed or canceled.  

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders processed before 2PM on Tuesday are guaranteed to ship by Wednesday of each week not including holidays.  You will receive an order confirmation email when the order is received as well as a shipping confirmation email when the order is shipped.

Q: Do you offer sales outside of the United States?

A: We currently offer sales to all 50 states in the US as well as Canada.

Q: When will out of stock items be restocked?

A: We will do our best to have items restocked as soon as possible.  Stay in touch with our social media accounts for the latest updates.

Q: What are your sizing guidelines?

A: We provide information on the item shown in our photos in reference to our models which can be referenced for best fits.  This can be found in each product description. Otherwise, you can reference our sizing chart here.
